120 g - More Meat™ Unseasoned
20 g - Shitake mushroom, Chopped
7 g - Soy sauce
7 g - Sesame oil
1 g - Salt
2 g - Ground pepper

Instruction:
In a pot, add rice and salt then bring to a simmer. In a mixing bowl knead More Meat™ and mushroom together.
Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil and knead until ingredients are combined. Mold the mixture into bite-size balls and stir fry or air fry until they become firm.
Add More Meat™ balls into your porridge and ready to serve.
