More Meat™ Unseasoned

200 g - More Meat™ Unseasoned
15 g - Ginger, Chopped
20 g - Garlic, Chopped
30 g - Shanghai chili paste
20 g - Soya sauce
120 g - Vegetables stock
200 g - Soft Tofu
7 g - Sesame oil
8 g - Spring onion, Chopped
5 g - Sugar
10 g - Chinese cooking wine
10 g - Chinese potato flour


Heat a little bit of oil on the pan and stir fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add More Meat and stir gently until combined.
Season with Shanghai chili paste, soy sauce, sugar, then add vegetable stock. Add tofu and stir gently to combine.
Dissolved the starch in water and pour into the pan. Check for desired consistency then add Chinese cooking wine, sesame oil, and chopped spring onions. Ready to serve!
